Food Purchasing Coordinator
Second Harvest's Food Resource Coordinator oversees purchasing and food ordering through federal programs, state programs and direct food purchasing. This position is responsible for overseeing procurement of food and grocery products through the Choice System, food donors, with the purpose of maintaining a steady flow of food and grocery products for distribution in our region.
Donor Database Coordinator
The Donor Database Coordinator supports Second Harvest’s fundraising work by accurately processing donations, maintaining clean and updated donor records, and preparing essential reports. This role ensures timely gift acknowledgments, assists with donor communications, and helps reconcile financial records. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data systems in a fast-paced nonprofit environment.
Executive Assistant & Special Projects
The Executive Assistant & Special Projects serves as a strategic partner to the President & CEO and the Board of Directors. This position plays a vital role providing high level administrative, communications and organizational support to the organization. As Board Liaison, the role organizes all Board and Committee activities, including scheduling, preparing meeting materials, maintaining Boardable records, and accurately recording minutes.Join Our Community
